Speaking out about organised crime and their siphoning funds from homes for disabled children in the article 'Death Camps for Children' created great hostility and began a campaign of anonymous defamation. According to the constitution of Ukraine, as a resident along with all employees of foreign companies living in country, has a responsibility to speak out when the vulnerable are known to be harmed. Neither the British Ukrainian Society, nor the British Council responded to our request for support and collaboration in social enterprise.

Recommendations for childcare reform  in our subsequent strategy paper were however adopted by government and domestic adoption rates were improved as a consequence over the next 3 years.

Hostility continued with a blog which Google hosts and refuses to remove.
