P-CED

A IT & Telecom company

About Us

P-CED places people at the center of economic development. P-CED takes the bottom line one step further: to people, past numbers. Enterprise profitability and economic success cannot be fairly measured in terms of gains of money capital alone. Profit is redefined in human terms rather than pure quantitative analyses that remove human and social concerns in the name of profit.

People-Centered Economic Development began in 1996 as a white paper critiquing Western capitalism and proposing a new social paradigm. It was deployed in 1999 as a proof of concept project in Tomsk Russia.

Our aim is to replicate localised people-centered economics on a global basis and toward this goal profits from our business are invested in activism and sourcing development initiatives to tackle poverty.

Replicate localised people-centered economics

Our aim is to replicate localised people-centered economics on a global basis. We invest profit in sourcing development initiatives to tackle poverty and its consequences.
We began with introducing moral-collateral based microfinance to Tomsk, Russia, moving on to the Tatars of Crimea and our current effort is focussed on leveraging investment for a 'Marshall Plan' strategy in Ukraine.

Speaking out about organised crime and their siphoning funds from homes for disabled children in the article 'Death Camps for Children' created great hostility and began a campaign of anonymous defamation. According to the constitution of Ukraine, as a resident along with all employees of foreign companies living in country, has a responsibility to speak out when the vulnerable are known to be harmed. Neither the British Ukrainian Society, nor the British Council responded to our request for support and collaboration in social enterprise.

Recommendations for childcare reform  in our subsequent strategy paper were however adopted by government and domestic adoption rates were improved as a consequence over the next 3 years.

Hostility continued with a blog which Google hosts and refuses to remove.
