The Celtic Sheepskin Co began in Newquay in the mid 1970's as The Original UGG Co, making Ugg Boots and assorted leather goods. Since then, the company has steadily expanded to become one of the largest suppliers of sheepskin footwear, outerwear, accessories and homewares in the UK.
We continue to handmake our Ugg boots and slippers in our own factory in Cornwall, thereby supporting local and sustainable manufacturing, employing UK residents and reducing our carbon footprint. All our sheepskin, leather, suede and cowhide products are by-products of the food industry, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
Our clothing range for men, women and children is all made from natural and sustainable fibres such as organic cotton, lambswool, merino, cashmere and alpaca - which we believe are better for the environment and better for our bodies.

We run our business in an environmentally responsible way and are continually looking for ways to minimize our impact on the environment - to prove that it is possible to produce excellent products, at reasonable prices, with a clear conscience.
